What Will You Do?
As a Machine Operator, you are essential to the daily operation of our production line. You set up machines correctly, keep them running smoothly, and deliver high-quality results.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing machines for production and setting parameters;
- Operating and monitoring the production process;
- Quickly resolving minor technical issues or deviations;
- Reporting malfunctions or product defects to supervisors;
- Participating in improvement projects and efficiency initiatives;
- Following hygiene, safety, and quality regulations;
- Keeping your workstation and equipment clean and orderly.
You will work in a three-shift system, contributing to consistent output and continuous improvement.

What Do You Bring?
We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a technical setting.
Your profile:
- Mbo+ level of education or similar working/thinking level;
- 1–2 years of experience as a Machine Operator (or comparable role);
- Good command of English or Dutch;
- Willing to work in 3 shifts;
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
- Technical interest and hands-on mentality;
- A proactive and safety-first mindset.
