Your Role as Machine Operator
Every day you make sure production never skips a beat. You know how to set up and adjust machines, watch over the process, and keep everything running efficiently.
Your tasks include:
- Setting up, operating, and adjusting production machines;
- Monitoring output and checking quality standards;
- Fixing minor malfunctions and reporting technical issues;
- Working according to strict hygiene and safety rules;
- Taking part in continuous improvement and efficiency projects;
- Keeping machines and your workstation clean and ready.
You’ll work in a rotating 3-shift system that keeps our production going around the clock.

What You Bring
We’re looking for a motivated professional who likes working with machines and enjoys being part of a team.
- Work experience as Machine Operator or in a similar production role;
- Technical insight and a practical mindset;
- Willingness to work in 3 shifts;
- Good communication in Dutch or English;
- Hands-on, reliable, and safety-conscious;
- Eye for detail and quality.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
