As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for keeping the production lines running smoothly. You will operate, fine-tune, and monitor machines, ensuring high-quality output while quickly addressing minor technical issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery.
- Monitor production output and ensure products meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot minor machine faults and report major issues.
- Follow HACCP and safety procedures.
- Participate in process improvement and efficiency projects.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.
This role operates in a 3-shift rotation to ensure continuous production and timely delivery across Europe.
