As manual packaging operator you execute the clinical labelling and packaging process according to standard operating procedures.The labelling and packaging activities are mainly executed in room temperature conditions, but some products require packaging in cold room conditions (2-8 °C).
A high performing team of 5-7 operators work in day shift (08:00-16:30) to ensure that every patient receives a high quality clinical medicinal product every time. Accuracy, teamwork, and flexibility are key elements.

- Running a clinical packaging operation according to standard operating procedures;
- Looking for improvement and efficiency in and around working processes;
- Responsible for escalation when necessary;
- Taking ownership for all related tasks and results in own area;
- Ensure all training is completed according to training plan and corporate deadlines;
- Responsible for execution of batch related logistic processes.

What requirements are set?
- Experience in a (manual) packaging environment (preferable Pharma, GMP/GDP environment);
- Quality and performance driven;
- Competent and willing to work in a complex manual packaging environment;
- Comfortable working in an international environment;
- Preferable experience with SAP/MES;
- Has a Continuous improvement mindset regarding own role;
