As an operator in a 2-shift system, you play an essential role in keeping the production process running smoothly. You ensure that production flows efficiently, manage the schedule, and uphold high standards of quality and hygiene. You address any issues quickly to keep the line operating without interruptions. After thorough training, you’ll be the expert who ensures everything runs according to the best standards.
The main language on the work floor is English.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare the schedule and ensure the team and materials are ready for production.
- Monitor and maintain quality and hygiene standards throughout the process.
- Lead and support your team by giving clear instructions.
- Make adjustments to the line settings or fix minor issues quickly.
- Ensure the production area is left clean and organized after each shift.

What qualities do you bring for the operator role?
- Experience as an operator and knowledge of the food industry.
- A passion for technology, food safety, and working with people.
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a bonus).
- A positive mindset, staying optimistic even during challenges.
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system, with occasional Saturday shifts and the option for overtime or a day off.
