As a Process Operator, you'll be part of a small team where everyone plays an important role in the production process. Together, you'll make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the company’s rapid growth. Your main tasks will include:

• Operating, adjusting, and fine-tuning extrusion and other production equipment.
• Preparing production runs and setting up machines for different products.
• Conducting regular quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Troubleshooting minor technical issues and supporting basic maintenance activities.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure a seamless operation and meeting production targets.
