What your day might look like:
- Start your shift by taking charge of the production schedule and organizing your team. Make sure all materials are ready to keep things running smoothly.
- Maintain the highest standards in hygiene and product quality — no compromises here.
- Monitor product consistency and report anything unusual right away.
- Adjust machine settings as needed and quickly resolve minor technical issues to keep production flowing.
- At the end of your shift. Team up to thoroughly clean the line and prep everything for the next crew.
Your mission? Deliver top quality products, every single time. That means spotting and solving any issues in the process before they affect the final result.

What you bring to the table:
- You're available full-time (38 hours per week) and open to working in shifts.
- Experience in a bakery or the wider food industry? That’s a big plus.
- Confident with production machinery and technically minded—you know your way around the equipment.
- You stick to procedures when it comes to materials, safety, hygiene, and quality standards like HACCP.
- Independent, solution-focused, and calm under pressure. You care about precision, efficiency, and doing things right.
