Functieomschrijving
As an operator in Etten-Leur you make sure production runs smoothly from mixing to filling. You prepare orders, adjust machines, check quality, and help fix small issues. What you’ll do in general:
- Operate and adjust mixing or filling machines - ensuring machines are set correctly for each batch
- Monitor quality - check products meet standards and report deviations promptly
- Perform preventive maintenance and small repairs - to avoid downtime
- Keep accurate records and reports - input from you helps improve processes
- Follow safety, hygiene, and procedural guidelines - working cleanly and safely at all times
- Collaborate with colleagues - sharing ideas, helping each other, and contributing to team success

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
What we offer you
- Monthly salary between €3.000,- and €3.600,- gross (full-time), including shift allowance.
- Shift allowance of 12% or 21.5% in 2- or 3-shift schedules.
- 40-hour workweek, including a paid half-hour break each day.
- 200 holiday hours plus 4 ATV days per year (full-time).
- 8.33% holiday pay that you receive in May.
- Travel allowance starting from 10 km one way.
