What will you do as a Process Operator?
Your role ensures that the production process runs efficiently and without interruptions. You keep a close eye on quality and make sure the next steps in production can continue smoothly.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Weighing, mixing, and preparing dough and syrup according to precise recipes.
- Ensuring the correct quantities are available for baking and packaging.
- Coordinating closely with the baking and packaging teams.
- Detecting and fixing minor process deviations or technical issues.
- Recording process and production data accurately.
- Keeping your workstation clean and following strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
- Assisting with basic maintenance and cleaning of production equipment.
You will be working in a 3-shift schedule alongside a supportive and skilled team.
