What will you do as a Packaging Operator?
As Packaging Operator, you keep our packaging lines running smoothly. You set up machines correctly, check quality, and solve small issues to keep production efficient.
Your tasks:
- Setting, adjusting, and switching packaging machines;
- Checking packaging materials and machine settings;
- Fixing small malfunctions and reporting larger problems;
- Doing visual and functional product checks;
- Cleaning and light maintenance on the machines;
- Recording production data accurately;
- Working according to HACCP and safety rules.
You will work in a 3-shift rotation to keep our stroopwafels flowing non-stop.

We look for someone reliable, practical, and precise.
- Experience as Packaging Operator or production worker;
- Technical insight and problem-solving ability;
- Good command of Dutch or English;
- Flexible and willing to work in 3 shifts;
- Careful, proactive, and a real team player.
