What will you do as a Packaging Operator?
As a Packaging Operator, you make sure our automated packaging lines run efficiently and without interruption. You set up and fine-tune machines, check product quality, and quickly solve small technical issues to keep production on track.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Setting up, adjusting, and switching packaging machines;
- Inspecting packaging materials and machine settings;
- Troubleshooting and reporting technical issues;
- Performing visual and functional quality checks;
- Cleaning and doing light preventive maintenance;
- Recording production data accurately in the system;
- Following HACCP and safety guidelines carefully.
You will work in a 3-shift rotation, ensuring our stroopwafels reach customers fresh every day.

You have:
- Experience as a Packaging Operator or in a similar production role;
- Technical insight and a hands-on attitude;
- A good command of Dutch or English;
- Flexibility to work in 3 shifts;
