We are looking for a motivated Production Employee for a modern bakery in Moordrecht. In this key position, you’ll be involved at the very start of our production process, working closely with a dedicated team to create products loved across Europe.

What will you be doing as a Production Employee?
As a Production Employee, you’ll be responsible for the crucial first phase of production: preparing the dough and syrup. You’ll follow recipes precisely and ensure that ingredients are processed correctly according to strict quality standards.
Functievereisten
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing dough and syrup based on established recipes
- Handling and mixing raw ingredients in accordance with quality guidelines
- Coordinating with oven operators and other team members
- Identifying deviations and adjusting processes when needed
- Accurately recording production data
- Complying with hygiene and safety regulations
- You’ll work in a 3-shift system, taking charge of the production kickoff, without you, the line can’t run
