What Will You Be Doing as a production employee?
In this hands-on role, you are in charge of for preparing the dough and syrup—the essential base for all our baked goods. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure everything runs smoothly from the very start.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Weighing and mixing raw ingredients according to set recipes
- Preparing dough and syrup with consistent quality and accuracy
- Adjusting the process based on quality checks and visual cues
- Coordinating with oven operators and production staff
- Keeping accurate records of batches and process data
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Supporting a smooth production start-up across all shifts
You’ll work in a 3-shift rotation, where your precision and teamwork set the tone for the day’s success.

Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for someone with energy, focus, and a practical mindset.
You have:
- Experience in food production or a manufacturing role (a plus, not a must)
- A proactive, hands-on attitude
- Basic understanding of production processes or machinery
- A good command of Dutch or English
- The ability to work in a structured and clean way
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule
