What will you do as a Production Employee?
In this hands-on position, you are responsible for the very first steps of production. The quality of your work directly determines the quality of our products.
Your tasks include:
- Weighing and mixing raw ingredients according to recipes
- Preparing dough and syrup with accuracy and consistency
- Carrying out quality checks and adjusting processes where needed
- Collaborating closely with oven operators and production staff
- Recording batch data and maintaining process logs
- Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organized
- Following hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP)
You’ll work in a 3-shift rotation, where your attention to detail and teamwork set the pace for the day’s success.

You bring:
- Experience in food production or manufacturing (preferred, not required)
- A proactive and practical mindset
- Basic knowledge of production processes or machinery
- Good command of English or Dutch
- A structured and accurate way of working
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
