Job Description
As an operator, you are responsible for an efficient production process. You combine technical knowledge with practical skills and teamwork to prevent malfunctions and ensure quality.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up, operating, and converting machines and production lines.
- Keeping production lines running smoothly and preventing breakdowns.
- Identifying and resolving technical issues, with support from the technical department when needed.
- Performing quality checks and accurately recording production data.
- Supervising colleagues and training new employees.
- Actively contributing to the production process and the final product.
- Reporting to the Production Supervisor.

Employment Conditions
For your efforts, you can expect the following:
- A salary between €2,587 and €3,371 gross per month, depending on experience and including shift allowance.
- 29 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (up to a maximum of 50 km one way).
