As an operator, you work on manual production and packaging lines in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You follow clear work instructions, check the quality of the product and make sure every step is carried out correctly. In general, your tasks are:
- Carrying out manual production and packaging activities.
- Performing quality checks during the production process.
- Completing batch records, logs and other GMP documentation accurately.
- Identifying deviations and reporting them on time.
- Supporting problem-solving meetings between quality and production.
- Performing set-up, close-down and cleaning activities.
- Working safely, consistently and according to fixed procedures.
- Keeping the workplace clean, structured and compliant.

- Experience in a GMP environment is a plus, but not required if you are motivated to learn.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden

- Salary between €3.500,- and €4.100,- gross per month including shift allowance.
- Work in a 3 or 5-shift schedule.
- Travel allowance of €0,29 per kilometre.
