As a Production Operator, you are responsible for operating the production line, from mixing to filling household products. You will work in a modern and clean environment where safety and teamwork are paramount. You contribute to products that millions of people use daily. You have significant responsibility for your machine and its associated processes. Your daily tasks include:
- Machine Operation: Setting up, operating, and adjusting the mixing, filling, or packaging machines for each batch.
- Quality Control: Performing product checks to ensure they meet high quality and safety standards. You must report any deviations immediately.
- Maintenance & Repair: Performing preventive maintenance and resolving minor malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Data & Reporting: Accurately maintaining production data and communicating clearly with the Team Leader about process status.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve processes and ensure a smooth workflow.
